Morning Glory Hoi An Vietnam is by far, one of the best restaurants around – fresh, flavorful and as local as can be.
Fish to taste right, must swim three times – in water, in butter and in wine – Polish Proverb
With an opening line like that, little can go wrong with a meal. My foodie instincts knew we had found a winner. After a long day of walking around the quaint little Hoi An town in Vietnam, and having already had plenty of pho’s and banh mis (you can read all about my tryst of finding the best Banh Mi here) – both M and I were looking to taste something new!
The ochre walls, dark wood seating, high ceilings and an open kitchen in the heart of the restaurant, are all very inviting to the tired legs of tourists walking along the streets of Hoi An.
I can’t possibly say this enough – I’d go back there, comfortably, in a heart beat!
